Folks, seems to be some misunderstanding on use of website. Members have to REGISTER on the website SEPARATELY from their club membership as a website User. The two items ARE NOT related. Once they have registered as a club member then register as a Website User (Under the Member & Membership Tab) if they want access to the website members only documents and information. The website manager will approve the registration once entered.

Jaclyn Ritter, Jack Raymer's daughter did a feature article on R/C Flying with Bayou City Flyers this summer for the Katy/Fulshear Explore Magazines. The magazines are available at the links included and a PDF of the article is posted.

A new outdoor, industrial strength sun canopy, donated by Jessie Licari has been installed over the start/up staging area. Many thanks to Jesse and those who did the coordination and installation.

The BCF and Fort Bend RC Clubs hosted 33 ROTC students and their leaders for an introduction to RC Model Flying on Sat. 10/22/22. The students were Air Force ROTC groups from two area high schools. We provided training on the Real-Flight Simulator and then on the Trainer Buddy-Box systems.

7 Bayou City Flyers RC Club members recently completed 2 1/2 hours of preliminary on-line and 2 1/2 hours of classroom training presented by the Red Cross First Aid CPR-AED (CardioPulmonary Resusitation / Automated External Defibrillators) including life-threatening bleeding, choking, and heart attack. Congratulations to Max Burton, George Lumpkins, John Haskell, Jessica Haskell, Mark Turner, Jack Raymer and Jerry Wilson who were presented with Certificates valid for two years.
